These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions displayed on the website.
General
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, these Terms and Conditions comprise the sole terms upon which Muzamal Ventures (UK) Ltd will provide goods via a 30 day credit account. These terms will not vary unless expressly agreed in writing and signed by a Director of Muzamal Ventures (UK) Ltd.
All accounts are subject to status and will be granted only to registered businesses with a trading history of at least two years.
By applying for an account, we are authorised to complete the necessary credit reference checks. We do not deliver to addresses outside the UK other than by specific agreement. We do not supply goods for resale and by opening an account, you undertake not to offer any goods supplied by Muzamal Ventures (UK) Ltd for resale.
Cancellation
A credit account may be cancelled at any time by writing to our Customer Service team. Individual orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our Customer Service team. We reserve the right to cancel any credit account without notice.
Terms of Payment
All due amounts must be paid within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Muzamal Ventures (UK) Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on a daily basis on outstanding sums at the rate of 2% above the Santander base rate. Payments can be made by BACS or by cheque.
Customers who prefer to pay directly online by credit card will not qualify for 30 day terms but will however receive whatever credit terms are available from the credit card provider. Online payments by credit card are not subject to a credit limit and customers can still benefit from any discounts provided they have logged into their account before placing an order.
If the total outstanding on a customer's account exceeds the credit limit or any payments are overdue then no further orders will be dispatched until the account is returned to credit status.
Discounts
From time to time we may offer discounts to credit account customers based on a qualifying spend level over a period of time. Where a discount is made available then the discount period and amount will be fixed and we accept no obligation to continue the discount beyond the agreed period.
We are not obliged to offer discounts and normally these will only apply to existing customers who have committed to an annual volume of purchases.
